10-Week Class - Starting January 4th 7:00 PM EST

What it is:

  •  A program that encourages real foods that include red meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, olive oil, nuts/seeds, fruits, vegetables

  • Meal balance to help stabilize blood sugar (not just for diabetics)

  • Meal planning & cooking (you will need to have time to do some moderate cooking through the week)

  • Affordable - only $100 for the whole program

  • Video meetings via Google Meet

What it is NOT:

  • Calorie counting

  • Low fat, avoid red meat, vegetarian, vegan

  • About low calorie convenience foods or for those who can't or are not interested in cooking some meals

  • A meal plan
